4. Refund Process & Timeline
We aim to process all refunds promptly and efficiently:

- Return Receipt: Once we receive your returned item, we inspect it (1-3 business days)
- Approval: If the return meets our criteria, we approve the refund (1-2 business days)
- Processing: Refund is processed to your original payment method (3-5 business days)

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will make it right:

For items damaged during shipping:

- Do not discard any packaging materials
- We will arrange for return shipping and send a replacement immediately
